School ID

User ID

Pupil’s date of birth followed by two initials; for their first name then surname.

Example: 010895DJ would be the User ID for David Jones born 1st Aug 1995.

Password

Initially the same as the User ID.
(Pupils should change their password when they first login).
See one of the ICT support team or DJW if you forget your password.


Help! - When I go to SAM Learning pages I don't see the exercises, just a grey rectangle.
