I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our College Website, which offers you an informative look at the life of the College.
At Claverham Community College, we offer our students a high quality education allowing them to reach their full potential, in a safe, secure and caring environment. We endeavour to instil a love of learning, a sense of fairness and an appreciation of the importance of full participation.
We strive to develop students who, through their determination and resilience, reach their highest levels of academic and personal development. We insist upon consideration towards others and the maintaining of polite attitudes and manners, allowing all members of our community to take pride in their surroundings, behaviour and personal achievements. We believe in the value of positive contributions to our society both locally and nationally, aiming to support all students in their desire to become responsible citizens who will shape the future.
We encourage the acceptance of personal challenges, helping to ensure that students make decisions that benefit themselves and the wider community.
Claverham Community College was deemed to be an “Outstanding” school during its last Ofsted inspection. We view this status as highlighting the vital contribution which we make in the development of our young people through the values and attitudes which we embrace together with the expectations we have of them both academically and socially.
The College maintains a consistently high standard in public examinations, these results and the high personal standards of our students do not arise by accident. We believe that the achievements of our students come from a distinct philosophy based on hard work, traditional values and relationships and a sense of individual worth.
Apart from its purely “school” function, the College provides a wide range of opportunities for the local community including a thriving Community Education programme, Day Nursery and Sports Centre.
I hope you will find our website helpful and would urge you to contact us if you wish to find out more about the College.

Rated Outstanding by Ofsted
In June 2013 Claverham was visited by an Ofsted Inspection team who found the college to be outstanding in all areas! Congratulations to all staff and pupils for this wonderful achievement. Read the full report here.
I am very proud of the results achieved this year by the students at Claverham Community College. These outcomes are a reflection of their individual hard work, and determination displayed by our students at a time of enormous change to the examination system. The progress they have made is a testament to the dedication and commitment shown by all
students and staff at the College, together with the invaluable support provided by parents and governors. My congratulations go to all of the young people who have secured these results, which I am sure will act as a springboard for future success.
In particular I would like to congratulate those students who have achieved up to and beyond our high expectations, especially those students who achieved the highest possible grades in the subjects which they have been studying and those who have made outstanding progress over their time at Claverham.
